Mike Lohre MS, ACSM
Mike has been a personal trainer since 1998. He has a master's degree in Biology, and is certified as a health and fitness instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine. After college he tried and explored many career options: teaching high school, field biologist, carpenter, and even spent some time in medical school. After trying it all, he realized that being a personal trainer was his calling in life. In no other career could he build such quality relationships, while helping people become healthier, stronger, and more balanced. Everyday, training challenges him, teaches him something new, and helps him to become a more empathetic listener and a better person. He likes working with clients who enjoy challenging their bodies and are not afraid to try something new and set their goals high. |

Andy Kaszubski, ACE
I graduated from MATC with a Certificate as a Health Club Technician and have been ACE certified since 2004. Since 2005 I have worked with people who from age 11 to 80 have had goals that varied from losing weight to training to do a triathlon. I have been playing sports since I was 7 and played in high school and college also. I have competed as a power lifter for a few years and won the state bench press in 2004 and 2006. I also enjoy volunteering as a high school track coach since 2006. My philosophy towards training would be that I love to find a client's limits and push them past that but have fun doing it, and make sure you are having fun also.
