Mike Lohre MS, ACSM
Mike has been a personal trainer since 1998. He has a master's degree
in Biology, and is certified as a health and fitness instructor
through the American College of Sports Medicine. After college he
tried and explored many career options: teaching high school, field
biologist, carpenter, and even spent some time in medical school.
After trying it all, he realized that being a personal trainer was
his calling in life. In no other career could he build such quality
relationships, while helping people become healthier, stronger,
and more balanced. Everyday, training challenges him, teaches him
something new, and helps him to become a more empathetic listener
and a better person. He likes working with clients who enjoy challenging
their bodies and are not afraid to try something new and set their
goals high. |

find the athlete inside herself again.
