T.J. Miller, Owner

TJ decided to join the Horizon team after several years of careful consideration. After watching his physical and mental health decline after several years of neglect (lack of exercise, lack of sleep, stress and poor diet) he chose to pursue a career he was passionate about.
TJ walked away from a decade long career as a Restaurateur to pursue his passion as a personal trainer. TJ purchased Horizon Health and Fitness in March of 2009 and has enjoyed the excitement, fulfillment and journey Horizon has brought him so far.
TJ has certified as a personal trainer and fitness instructor through AFA, American Fitness Association and the U.S. militaries PFT, Physical Fitness Trainer II.
TJ did physical fitness training for the US Army during his 4 years of service and specialized in weight loss and strength conditioning. TJ continued his training while in college and worked for several facilities performing Boot Camps, group training programs as well as private in home training.

Andy Kaszubski, ACE

I graduated from MATC with a Certificate as a Health Club Technician and have been ACE certified since 2004. Since 2005 I have worked with people who from age 11 to 80 have had goals that varied from losing weight to training to do a triathlon.
I have been playing sports since I was 7 and played in high school and college also. I have competed as a power lifter for a few years and won the state bench press in 2004 and 2006. I also enjoy volunteering as a high school track coach since 2006.
My philosophy towards training would be that I love to find a client's limits and push them past that but have fun doing it, and make sure you are having fun also.

Kelly Beale, BS, ACSM

I've been helping clients achieve their goals since 2000 when I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. I am also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Improving one's life is what it's all about and I look forward to helping all of my clients achieve that goal.

I am certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I have worked with a variety of people ranging from beginners to collegiate athletes, from ages 3 to 89.
