Yoga & Pilates
These small classes (between 4 & 6 students) provide a comfortable and intimate setting where students get personal attention. Our instructors have extensive experience working with beginners and can modify poses for all ages, abilities, and physical limitations.
Class Schedule:

Yoga Basics
Wednesday 12:00 noon

All Levels Pilates
Tuesday 6:00 pm

For the New Year we are changing our schedule. Our first session will be 8 weeks long from January 15th to March 5th. If you are planning to participate in these classes we ask that you sign up ahead of time with your name and phone number/email so we can keep in touch with any news about classes. Each 8 week session is $64 for clients and $80 for non-clients. Drop-in's are welcome!

Punch cards will still be accepted until they are used up or expired.

Please note that classes will be canceled if we have less than 3 participants per class/per session.
Yoga

At Horizon Health & Fitness our Yoga classes focus on the traditional and fundamental aspects of Hatha Yoga. Classes incorporate a good mix of strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting self-awareness and relaxation. All classes include pranayama exercises and end with a guided meditation.

Pilates

Pilates is a core-strengthening program designed to strengthen abs, back, thigh, and buttock muscles. We offer a mat routine that will lengthen and tone muscles and improve your posture. It is a challenging and fun addition to your fitness routine.
